What to Expect
You should not experience any side effects, such as fatigue, body aches or
head ache.
Fatigue occurs when you are not able to eliminate the toxins
caused by yeast, parasites or other items quickly enough (you are killing more
than you are eliminating). If you feel fatigued, try cutting the amount of
Bio-Sim you are using and increasing water intake.
Also remember, that Vitamin C usually (may) knock out a detox-type of dull headache. You may wish to try that if a headache occurs due to dead fungus backing up in the blood and remember to drop back to the previous amount you took.
"White Watch" External yeast treatment is often called a "Black
Watch" because you are watching for black spots on the skin. Conversely,
yeast is most often fed by white foods, which should be avoided as much as

- bread, pasta, white rice, white potatoes
- corn, popcorn, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup
- carrot & apple juice, bananas, grapes, raisins
- peanut products, bags of opened nuts, mushrooms
- all dairy including whey protein and cheese
- alcoholic drinks or any grain or bean products
